Our family-owned enterprise has a more than hundred-year history of success, the entire spectrum of hotels, from city hotel to design hotel to a luxury hotel, two famous Michelin-star restaurants – and most of all the experience and expertise of our staff: In the Geisel hotels, trainees find the best circumstances for a perfect start to their career.

The traineeship lasts 24 months and can be started at any time. We supplement the practical experience you gain with a wide selection of internal seminars.


Rooms division trainee programme

The trainee programme takes you through all the Geisel Privathotels establishments. You learn about all the key departments in the Rooms division, such as Housekeeping, Front Office, Yield and Revenue Management and the Sales & Marketing department.

What you should bring with you:

 

- a completed traineeship in the upscale hotel or gastronomy sector

- knowledge of Fidelio Suite 8 and MS Office

- good written and spoken german and english

- flexibility, initative, resilience, strong communication skills

- a professional and polished demeanour


Food and beverage trainee programme

The trainee programme takes you through all the Geisel Privathotels establishments. You get to know all the important F&B departments, such as Stewarding, Banqueting Sales, Cost Control, Cost of Goods Management and the warehouse. 

What you should bring with you:

 

- a completed traineeship in the upscale hotel or gastronomy sector
- knowledge of Fidelio Suite 8 and MS Office

- good written and spoken german and english
- flexibility, initative, resilience, strong communication skills

- a professional and polished demeanour
